Always amazed by those who can and make such beautiful creations. tfs!Sarah Cogginshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12691096945912900890noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-283755151632939506.post-42039190343359850752008-01-10T20:55:00.000-05:002008-01-10T20:55:00.000-05:00Love your quilt... I must say though, I never wash my fabrics first and have never had a problem but a colour catcher is a great idea!Chrissiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05070256774518198270noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-283755151632939506.post-81725691790634146182008-01-08T18:35:00.000-05:002008-01-08T18:35:00.000-05:00Beautiful! I use the Shout brand and have NEVER had a problem, whether with clothing or sewing fabric. I was really concerned with a batiq (sp?) quilt, but those catchers really do catch it all! This has been a huge time saver in my quilting.

Thanks for sharing the info. on the jelly-roll and the finished product. Now I'm ready to go find one of my own!

JacqueJacquehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13366839515932734563noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-283755151632939506.post-32808774509232261912008-01-07T15:04:00.000-05:002008-01-07T15:04:00.000-05:00I'm not quite sure how I found you but I guess it ...I'm not quite sure how I found you but I guess it was some search in blog-land. Love the quilt and I too, always wash every piece of fabric that goes in my sewing room. I suggest using one of those rags that catches dye in the washer. The one I have used is Carbona Dye Grabber. Try it. You can use it 25 times I think. I bought mine at Target. Good luck and keep up the good work!busylizzyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01247329512888543029noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-283755151632939506.post-68878012505795353582008-01-05T14:28:00.000-05:002008-01-05T14:28:00.000-05:00I love the quilt.
