Meet Phineas

This is Phineas. Someone threw him away (dumped him in front of our house) but we are letting him stay, with free room and board, for as long as he wants to. He's about 4 months old and so affectionate, but still pretty skittish.

He's had his first vet visit and shots and an appointment to be neutered. He has a heated house to sleep in and the best food we can find (blue buffalo). He is so cute. I don't get how people can just dump their animals like this.

OMGoodness!!! He's adorable, and it makes my heart happy that you took him in. I have such a soft spot for this kind of thing. Bless you for your kindness. I hope to see more of Phineas here!! :)

marmalade tabbys are the best...ours have always been fairly mellow and very affectionate...all our animals are rescue/adopt so they don't go to the pound...and they are so worth it...congrats on the new family member

So glad you can give him a nice home. It makes me so mad to hear of animals (and babies) being abandoned. He is very cute.

Gale,

He is so precious! No animal should be "dumped" and left homeless. He will bring so much love and enjoyment to your family. He doesn't know it yet, but he is one lucky kitty.

What a cutie! I love that face. I don't understand how people can just dump their animals. I bet he'll be an absolute lover boy in no time at all.
